How much does daily stress affect you?  To find out, take this quick test. Be completely honest!

 

 - I frequently get headaches, nausea, and/or muscle tightness.

If most of your answers were “Often,” you’re unnecessarily suffering from the stress of daily life.  You may not want to get up in the morning or do things you used to enjoy.  Everything starts to feel like a chore.  You may be exhausted and feel physically unwell.  Unresolved stress can lead to anxiety, depression, or PTSD, just to name a few.

 

If most of your answers were “Sometimes,” you have some skills to manage stress, but you may feel "stuck."  You feel like things could be better, and that you're not as happy as you could be.

 

If most of your answers were “Rarely,” congratulations!  You’ve learned how to navigate the stress of daily life well.
