What is Coaching?  Is it Therapy?

To simplify, therapy looks backwards at what caused people to suffer a disorder or illness.  I offer adaptive coping skill training, which gives you specific skills to move forward; and coaching, which shows you how to apply that skill set to your own life.  I don't tell you what to do, but show you how to do it.

How often and how long are the sessions?

The sessions are 45 minutes long.  Sometimes we'll meet weekly, sometimes bi-weekly, depending on how much time you feel you need to learn each lesson in the plan.

Why are your coaching fees so much less than other Life Coaches?

Many of my clients are busy professionals who have little time.  By conducting sessions via Zoom, they enjoy the convenience of working with me from their offices, homes, or while out via the Zoom app.  This enables me to offer lower pricing, since a brick-and-mortar location is unnecessary.

What if I don't feel the coaching sessions are helping me?

I work with you closely during each session to make sure you're getting the most from the program.  Between sessions I'll email you to make sure you're getting the support you need.

Before you sign up for any package, you can take advantage of my "Try-It-On" program, and then get credit for what you've already spent toward the package you choose.
